Notes: Course Content & Focus:
This course builds on the Reading of the Game courses hosted in 2024 and 2025 with a greater focus on individual players and their functions. We will discuss the roles and responsibilities of individual positions in relations to the collective team.
The workshop will be held in conjunction with a Red Bulls Major League Soccer match versus Nashville SC. Prior to the match, course attendees will participate in a 90-minute workshop delivered by Paul Marco and Max DuBane. The course will also include a pre-match discussion with a member of the RBNY First Team coaching staff and observation of the warm-ups. To conclude, a halftime match analysis debrief will be conducted.
